These terms govern your use of minimade.clothing. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Account

You must be 18 or over and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Orders

MiniMade is a marketplace. Each item is sold by an independent maker, who is the merchant of record for the physical goods. MiniMade facilitates the order, payment, and customer support.

3. Bespoke & made-to-order items

Items personalised to your child's measurements are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Returns are accepted only where the item is faulty or significantly different from its description.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Maker terms

Makers agree to the separate Maker Agreement issued on application approval, which sets out commission, payouts, lead times, and product standards.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
