Child safety

Children's clothing carries real safety obligations. Every MiniMade maker meets the standards below as a minimum.

Standards we follow

• BS EN 14682 — safe length of cords and drawstrings on children's clothing.
• CE / UKCA-compliant trims — buttons, snaps and toggles tested for pull strength.
• OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — or equivalent — for fabrics in skin contact.
• No loose components on garments sized for under-36-month-olds.
• Flammability — nightwear must comply with the Nightwear (Safety) Regulations 1985.

If you've received a piece that doesn't feel safe, email safety@minimade.clothing immediately. We'll arrange free return and investigate within 48 hours.
